Using your Seniors Card

The ACT Seniors Card is for personal use and is not transferable to other people inlcuding family members, friends or colleagues.

Show your Seniors Card to any participating businesses or organisations to receive the benefits.  Always advise the business of your intention to claim their benefit or discount BEFORE doing business with the organisation.

Replacing your Seniors Card

ACT Seniors Cards are issued as a lifetime card, However if your card becomes damaged, lost or stolen a replacement card can be arranged by going to any lodgement location and completing a new application form showing proof of age & residency.

How Do I know my private details are secure?

All personal information submitted on a Seniors Card Application form is stored in the Seniors Card Database.  This database is managed by Council on the Ageing (ACT).  The information stored on the database is used only by Council on the Ageing (ACT) staff to produce statistical information.  The database or it's contents are not available to any other organisations.or businesses.

Current Seniors Card Directories are available from all lodgement locations..
